The technical engineer was supposed to visit for the broadband installation today. However, in track my order it says it was completed, which isn't the right status.
I've tried setting up the broadband myself as the activation date was today as I got the confirmation for activation message as well. The Wi-Fi isn't working and shows not setup correctly. I need the connections asap and the app help is not getting me anywhere.
Could someone please help regarding the installation and usage ?
