Broadband was cancelled why is the sky hub still getting delivered and why is it still going live

My broadband was cancelled but the sky hub is still getting delivered and going live on the 2nd of January when it shouldn't be

It could be an overlap of the cancellation request vs the order acceptance 

or could be a duplicate order it would be best to contact sky tomorrow to find out
