Broadband very slow

Can anyone help. Our broadband speed has been about 21mb for the last few years but this last few months it's only between 5-10mb, we have a guarantee speed of 18mb so I think I can terminate our contract without any charges. Our neighbour has a current speed of 24mb how can this happen???

Re: Broadband very slow

@jt49 Have you run any off the diagnostics, or called sky to have a look incase you have developed a line fault and speed is sacrificed to keep you connected!

Try running the line test here to see if any faults are found:

And also the other detail that you asked about.

Re: Broadband very slow

@jt49 Your picture image is so poor that there is NO way to look at it in any detail! Can you redo it and it has to be larger and better to see!

Re: Broadband very slow

@jt49 Not much better but hopefully you can see it, anyhow you have a noisy line and you need to call sky, have them run the diagnostic at there end hopefully it is outside your home fault and will take a service visit from OR to fix!

Re: Broadband very slow

@jt49 Old picture from way back in the day did not keep them all but will give you something to compare against as could not see what you have, is fttc landline but now on FF500 as the service.
