Broadband very slow

New Sky customer,  Broadband installed 3 weeks ago and is much slower than previous competitor. Some cases having to switch to 5G on phone as internet will not load for pages.

Reporting saying no issue and claim from Sky that this is faster than predecessor.

Have turned box on and off a few times, no improvement.

Would appreciate any recommendations / suggestions to get it up to speed.

@sheps-milne  How many devices are you running off the Wi-Fi as you use that and have no devices hardwired. What speed are you supposed to be on?

@sheps-milne  Are any of these devices that you have on the network doing any type of downloading that is taking all of the bandwidth at any given time. Just trying to figure out what is causing this to slow down.

@sheps-milneWith you not having any trouble with the last provider are they all trying to get on one frequency that is all on the 2.4 or the 5.0 or are they a mix?

@sheps-milneI don't know if it is possible on the Sky router interface, but can give it a look around if it gives you a list of your devices and how they are connected,
