Tried to order a Broadband upgrade it says whoops can't complete on line please phone to complete, when I look in My Orders all the details about when thngs will be done and everything are in order but I also got an e-mail saying whoops have you forgotten something. So according to My Orders everything is fine and it is on the way but according to the last screen on the ordering page and the e-mail I received there was a problem. Anyone know why this is and is my order on its way?
