My test on broadband all says good, but none of our devices will connect to wifi

I had a similar issue. The WiFi dropped at 16:45, with all four lights green on the router. However, the Sky app indicated that nothing was connected to the WiFi.
I turned the router off and on again, and normal service resumed. Normally, when this happens, the orange voice light comes on.

Same with ours. Absolutely shocking. Going to have to ring them again 🤦🏼♀️
