Broadband technical difficulties trying to place order
I've been trying to make a purchase for your broadband but I keep getting a technical difficulty error everytime when I try to place a order as I need wifi for my new home

We are customers here who help each other so all you can do is to call Sky and have them place the order instead.
150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
Try saying nothing when spoken to by the bot.
