Sky broadband switchover happened on 14th March but still haven't received a hub. Checked my account which says the hub has still not been despatched. Why was the switchover done when the hub hasn't even been sent out?! Spoke to customer services numerous times who have been useless. I was told to 'be patient' and wait for it to arrive. Not good enough. If I knew we would be without internet for 4days now (will be even more) I never would have gone with Sky. I work from home too so has been a very stressful time.

Be aware that Sky broadband is a domestic service so wfh does not influence either the arrival of the hub or any necessary fault repairs in the future.
