You are on a long line and it has a major fault showing a raised noise margin of 16.8dB, and an appalling speed because of the fault.

Only BT and KCOM are obliged to accept a challenge under USO: that's why Ofcom publishes their contact numbers in the USO section of their website. This is BT Broadband, not Openreach PLC (a division of BT Group).
Anyway, @wandahorse apparently has inbound double the USO, although outbound is below it.

Going by the wholesale checker even if fixed it wouldn't get the uso at this stage the way forward would be the government voucher scheme which only offers under £2000 for the build

Can you read broadband router stats, I read 2Mbp downstream which is a fifth of the USO downstream and the upstream is below USO also, @cookiemonsteruk advice is better. 😉

Thank you all for your help, I shall be launching a complaint against Sky, for non fullfilment of contract, especially for Sky Broadband Boost which as per there T&C's is impossible to provide to us.
I shall be going through the USO procedure. Even if it means going throught the Mobile Broadband route which looks a lot cheaper than what I am paying right now. Just hope it works with My Sky Q.

The USO is with BT PLC and the network operator is BT Openreach which is owned by BT PLC. 😉

I need my bill to be every month £20, not more than that. i'm a student, and this amount is too much for me and the Internet is very slow. if you're not gonna change it for me to £20 I will leave you and I will do a new contract with different company

Sky set their prices based on a profit margin from Openreach line rental fees. They also do not offer student discount as far as I know, nor are they an ideal provider for a student because their contracts are 18 months whereas many students would only be in their residence for 8-12 months of the year.
If you are currently in contract and try to cancel for a new provider you will be subject to cancellation fees which are around 80% of your monthly cost X by the number of months remaining on your contract.
If you are currently out of contract it may be worth calling up and seeing what price they can give you.

I signed up with sky super fast over a year ago and it's always been below it's guaranteed minimum with serval cuts and resets it never lives up to its promise and I pay a ridiculous amount of money for it every month with no replies and no answer to sky customer service.
I've been overcharged continuously for it. I have screen shots of broadband tests done with no help.

We have had poor wifi issues for months. We rang and organised a visit and nobody came. The speed is so slow 2 people can't be online at once
