Broadband still not installed

Is it normal for the broadband installation to take 30+ day? No cable to box outside, not seen an engineer, on any of the dates that where scheduled, can't get through to sky, just been bouncing around

@Rich165 Some cases do take longer, 1 day shy of a year for upgrade that i know off for sure, only sky can tell you what/why if they have been told the reason that you are delayed on provisioning your system, you just have to call and fight the bot until you can speak with an agent!

Not 'normal', but not particularly unusual either, particularly where provisioning is over a new FTTP circuit through either a problematic duct or tricky pole delivery.

 

If it's in the UK, putting the address into the BT Wholesale Availability Checker should indicate which broadband provisioning type is applicable.
