Broadband states good speed on app hub showing white but devices won’t load internet
I've been with sky for 3 years and in that time I've had next to zero issues with WiFi and internet.
over the few weeks I've had issues with sky a , sky mini with signal and issues not connecting.
I've also had issues with kids tablets and iPhones internet not loading videos not loading but all devices show good signal strength. This is all changed over night with no change to anything in the house. I did all the usual reboots for the router and the sky q boxes reconnected devices and reconnected sky q minis. Still I had issues. I decided to upgrade to the new sky max hub and thought this would solve the problem. I have managed to software update the sky q and sky q minis and they are working fine. However we are unable to load simple searches on internet on phones , unable to watch videos on tablets even though all devices have been cleared and reconnected.
when I test my broadband and WiFi the app shows really good strength across the house and devices and broadband speed test shows 73 MBPS .. I've tried phoning sky but they keep sending me through text chats. Can anyone help this is driving me mad now any suggestions as to what's going on
