Broadband speeds

so according to Sky im receiving 75KBps which is absolute tosh considering ive run speedtests on 3 different third party checkers including running my own CMD pingtest and U/D speed test all coming to a mak of 5kbps down  and 15kbps upload i would like this rectified and fixed ASAP considering the speed promise for the package im PAYING FOR!!!

Mbs, rather than Kbs, I would think.

 

If outbound is faster than inbound, one would certainly suspect a fault.

 

If you post your Hub stats, we'll have some information about your particular phone line and internet connection to work with.

 

Note that it's speed arriving at the Hub which counts against the minimum speed guarantee, not speed test website results on a wireless device.

What devices are you connecting and how are they connected? Without seeing router stats as @jamesn123 no one can try and help
