Broadband speeds are good but apps keep disconnecting

I'm new to Sky and currently have 500mb broadband. The speeds are good when running tests. But in every room of my house, other than the room with the router, I have regular disconnections on apps I'm using. It makes gaming a problem as some of them need to completely restart after the connection loss. I make gaming videos for YouTube and tiktok so it's a big issue for me. Also, I struggle to stream tv or use YouTube even though the MySky tests suggest the are no issues. I'm near the end of my cooling off period and I'm starting to think that I've made a big mistake Help.
