Hi there, just got my sky broadband installed last Thursday (12th jan) and I went for the 59mbs broadband as that's only one in my area but I'm only getting 39mbs and it hasn't went up or down yet? Why am I only getting this when I pay for 59mbs?

59Mbs is one possible speed on an 'up to' 80Mbs FTTC service.
39Mbs at the Hub may indicate you're actually provisioned on 40/10, or that Openreach Dynamic Line Management is capping speed to cope with adverse line conditions.
If you post your Hub stats, we'll have some information about your particular phone line and internet connection to work with.
Note that it's speed arriving at the Hub which counts against the minimum speed guarantee, not speed test website results on a wireless device.
