Broadband speed very slow

I have run checks and everything seem to come back ok. However even trying to contact on here I am getting buffer spin and taking a good amount of time to connect. I have run a independent check and reading is very weak

@C.Natalie  When running the tests and speaking about it being weak are you talking about the Wi-Fi signal you are getting from your broadband router?

Yes, upload and download were also running at incredibly low signal. It has since increased. I believe a simple issue over a couple of hours but very inconvenient at working hours.

Have you given your hub a full reboot? Are you able to check and see if ethernet speeds are also slow?
