Broadband speed still slow after engineer visit

Had a sky engineer come today to fix my broadband speed, they replaced the socket and said the speed was to 55mb but when checked it myself it's only reaching 5mb at best. Have had speed issues for the past 2 weeks. I have sky glass and although its streams ok most of the time, every so often it freezes because of the broadband speed.

 

any advice on what to do?

@Phampton7 check the speed tomorrow it can take a few days before the speeds recover fully.

@Phampton7 24Hrs after the visit, so check the speed again tomorrow!
