Hi: My Mum is 98 and her sight is so bad she is unable to use her computer. She now relies on Google for news and information. She has Alexa which is connected to a Vodaphone mobile which allows Alex to make calls for her.
Unfortunately, during the last month when she makes phone calls via Alex the recipient of the call cannot hear her as her speech is breaking up.
The phone line is overhead and there is a constant buzzing sound on the landline phone.
I have tried resetting all the broadband equipment., The phone line, unfortunately, does not have a master box, so can't test the line.
Her speed, sky check, is now down to 3.18 mbs download and 1.16 upload.
Is there anything else I can do to fix this. Many thanks.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@EdnaJ if the connection test in the My Sky app is not offering to book an engineer someone has to call Sky and report the fault. You can do this if your mother has previously authorised you to speak on her behalf or you know the agreed phone password. Given her sge registering her with Sky's accessibility team seems sensible see https://www.skyaccessibility.sky
