Broadband speed not what I was guaranteed

So we live in a slightly remote area, sold broadband from sky "You should expect a Guaranteed Minimum Download Speed of 2.4 Mbps." but we rarely get over 1Mbps and average 0.6.

That looks bad news not in a priority fttp area, no fttc and a max speed of 2.5Mbps

 

Could you post the hub stats as shown in the link

 

Do you have an MP in your area who could lobby for you to get faster speeds

No-one has an MP just now ; )
