Broadband speed keeps dropping connection on my mobile devices

I an supposed to get 450 meg its constantly dropping on my monile devices to the point where i have to turn wifi off on device all the time . I have restarted router it happens constantly .

phone speeds are like dial up speed from back in the day !

all my mobiles are on Sky as well .

450Mbs would be the guaranteed minimum delivered from the internet to the router over the optical connection for Ultrafast+ 

 

What can be received over WiFi is completely different, and significantly affected by the local wireless environment and the type of client device in use.  My phone gets about 40Mbs from our 500Mbs BT FTTP.

Appreciatd the reply , however on the broadband speed checker it will go from 430 down to 80 on the same device ?

Think therd is something wrong with it

What specific device is that?  No mobile needs hundreds of megabits per second to do anything.

 

Do you have the black Sky Broadband Hub or the white Max Hub?

Black hub , switched from BT in December had zero issues .

i phone 13 mini , Mrs has a 14 kid has a 12 . All have same issues .

had to turn WiFi off just to reply .

needs a technician to sort if they read this stuff ??
