Broadband speed is slow

I have recently upgraded to 900mbs speed for my WiFi. Since upgrading I have only been getting between 120-150mbs. We have not been given any new routers or seen any engineers. I am not happy to be paying for 900mbs and not receiving the guaranteed 600mbs. 
can you please resolve the issue and let me know when it's been sorted by text or email thanks

The speed you pay for is the line speed to your hub. Once you run a speedtest on a WiFi connected device this may be significantly lower due to many factors such as client device, number of other WiFi devices, WiFi airspace crowding etc. 

 

The only accurate measurement to see if your getting what you pay for is a speedtest completed on an ethernet connected device. Are you able to post this?
