Broadband speed dropped significantly
My broadband speeds have dropped from 69mbps to 13mbps.
Sky support say there is no fault on the line and the max speed is 15mbps, I have had a stable connection at 69mbps for the past 4/5 months

Forgot to add, nothing has changed, same sky router etc

@Jenny81 Could you post the router stats again we need to see everything in them as what you posted does not show the whole picture.

@Jenny81 I can see that there is a line fault on the connection with a downstream noise margin of 21.4.dB and this normally should be 6.0. But also noticed that you have not restarted your router in over 3 months. Might want to do that re-start and see if the speed comes back and if you are unsure re-post the router stats when you have done this and the forum can look for you.
