My broadband used to be a constant 28kbm but consistently falls and bottoms out at 12kbm now. Sky app says it's fine and that it's fallen but still acceptable. It's not circle of doom on everything. Additionally the router has amber lights each day. Can I post my router stats for someone to help please? Thinking of leaving to join much cheaper and 300kbm with

@Ponki as I suspected you are on a long line which is not performing brilliantly which can be seen by the noise margin of 7.6dB ideally that should be 3dB but anything under 6dB is "normal" however you line looks to be noisy but not so bad as to get Openreach to do anything unfortunately. 15Mb/s down at the hub should give you 13Mb/s on a device after allowing for overheads which in this day and age isnt great but its far from the worst I have seen.
I assume you are in a rural area if so you are unlikely to see full fibre as part of Openreach's commercial roll out or have another network like Virgin Media running past your door. You can check Openreach's plans here https://www.openreach.com/fibre-checker. Otherwise your options are mobile or a service like Starlink unless therevisca plan to run fibrecto your area as part of a publicly funded project.

Re: Broadband speed down to 12 not ok
@Ponki the correct unit for measuring network speeds is Mb/s megabits per second.
If you have a partial fibre service using a copper phone line from the fibre cabinet the speed that can support will be set by the length and condition if that line. You can find the minmum speed set for your line by running the service checker in the My Sky app and clicking on the link beside the current speedtest result. Openreach who own and maintain the network from the exchange to your home normally won't look at issues where speeds are higher than that minimum. Even when speeds are below that they often simply decline to act meaning Sky have to release you from contract.
Please do post your hub's stats if you have a black Sky hub as explained here Sky Hub statistics
