I have a 54 mbs guarantee on my Broadband package. I can only get 27mbs maximum. Hoping for some help as now working consistently from home and is becoming a problem. Thanks in advance for any assistance.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Khartoum I am a bit surprised that the app did not offer to book an engineer to check the line. Call Sky to get thst done, dialling 150 on a Sky Talk line gives you a free call.
