Broadband speed, checker says problem outside home but I'm unable to book an engineer, what to do?

We've had a really slow service since last Wednesday, nothing has changed no new additions to the network and all cables look secure.  The online service checker says there is a problem outside the home and an engineer will need to visit. When I click the button to arrange an engineers visit nothing happens. Unable to find an phone number to speak to anyone. Any guidance on how to resolve this would be much appreciated.

@CD9501 while Sky's numbers are really not difficult to find Inhave escalated your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private chat session to get this sorted. Keep an eye onnthe forum as if you miss the message just click the chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use.saving a long phone call.

@Chrisee thank you for your help, I appreciate you  escalating the issue. The numbers  I called kept directing me to online help via sms sent. Fault is now under investigation and will hopefully be resolved.
