Broadband speed below 10mps for the last few weeks

Our broadband speed very poor over last few weeks. Testing of the speed revealed connection speeds below 10 mps and our guaranteed speed is 25. Please advise what action you are taking.

@CH60 No one here will be taking any action as we are all just fellow customers, if your connection speed to the router is below the minimum speed(this is not the download speed from your device that speed tests show) then you need to call Sky and report it.
