I had a sky engineer out fixing the connection previously about 6 different engineers infact. And they are the ones that told me the wifi 4 boxes do not run at the correct speed. We needs a wifi 6 box. Which i do not have. To get my guaranteed 600mb. I am most of the time not even getting 1mb.

The Sky Broadband Hub was the hardware supplied for the first couple of years of Sky Ultrafast. It's WiFi 5 rather than 6, certainly, but that has no relationship to being able to receive gigabit speed over the WAN port.
I'd also note plenty of recent posts indicate the earlier model is actually better at WiFi...
The last WiFi 4 (802.11n) Hub was from 2013, followed by the 802.11ac Q Hub in 2016.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Helenmc0604 Well Gigfast came out before the Max broadband routers and never seen anyone say that they did not get the correct speed. How long have you been in your conract with Sky for Gigfast?

2.3mb was first then 910kbps the 1.3mb. And it doesn't ever go much higher than this. This is the app sky told me to use when on the phone with them today.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Helenmc0604 that is not the Sky app that is fast.com that Netflix use to test connection speeds. If you have not downloaded the Sky app to your mobile device then that is where you will be able to use that.
Could you please post your router stats following the link below.
