Broadband so no sky glass

No broadband so sky glass won't work looking for a fix on my app and it still says I have sky Q! We've had sky glass since it came out anyone got any idea what I can do??

I'd suggest ignoring the Q/Glass thing for now, and log a broadband fault with Sky.

@TimmyBGood  Thanks, we need an engineer apparently the issue is outside the house, so no TV or WiFi  for 2 days 😂😂

Most actual broadband faults (rather than WiFi issues) are external to the subscription address, and so fall under the remit of Openreach.

Perhaps worth remembering that Glass has got a Freeview tuner on board for just this situation, though it needs an aerial of some kind.  You'd have to switch off either the Sky Hub or the Glass WiFi to get a Freeview EPG to appear.

No broadband so no sky glass, this tv is the biggest mistake I've made with sky. Issues last night with programmes freezing, out of sink and poor picture quality.

Thanks, we've done that need an engineer to come out now, let's hope it doesn't take too now
