Broadband slow for the last 3 weeks

broadband has gone from great for years to absolutely slow and glitchy for the last few weeks, I can't even down load a song sometimes but then an hr later all working fine. Have had BT out and the line is fine ( no faults found) he has sent in report but had no news from Sky.

@FSBOW  black or white router from Sky? Are you seeing a slow down in both wired devices and those connected via Wi-Fi?
