Broadband slow and internet signal lost very ofter

Hello, I am Struggling a lot with wifi.   So many times per day the internet signal just gone and no wifi for 2-5mins. Then gets back and again off . 10 times yesterday per day . Why ?

Yes. Became yellow.  Then back to green . But to many times .
