Broadband signal is very poor

Hi my brodband signal is very poor. Please please help us to improve signal

Try the troubleshooting steps here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-which-sky-hub

 

If they dont help try running the connection test on the My Sky app

 

If that comes back green then you may need to get some boosters to improve your connection. These are only available if you have the Boost or Max addon packages.

@Fridapatel  Are you talking about speed to the property or are you talking about Wi-Fi within the property?
