Broadband shield settings not working - "Your Sky Broadband isn't active just yet"

Been a customer for 19 years but suddenly Broadband Shield isn't working as my broadband "isn't active yet"!!

@RicciK check you are signing in with the correct Sky id if you are give Sky a call as they have to check your account set-up which often takes a few days as a back office team is required.

@RicciK  This is a known issue and is being worked on to get a fix in place and sky are aware of this. Post 33 of the thread in link below.
