Broadband service being cut at midnight?

Both last night and tonight my broadband service has been cut - no issues reported locally, and my hub is working fine - what's happening? Is Sky pulling the service for some reason?

It could be overnight maintenance taking place.

If it still down later then the first thing to check is this link to see if there are any outages in your area:
https://www.sky.com/servicechecker

If there isn't try running the line test here:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions

I've been having the same problem

all week - what's going on? App says it's all fine yet nothing will connect. Can't believe I'm paying for a service that isn't working.

@Sarah1908 if your service has been disconnected as equipment needs maintaining then it will be up again in the morning. This work is done in the early morning hours to cause the minimum incovenience to users. Whilst inconvdnient for users still awake it is unfortunately unavoidable

exactly same problem tonight and last night. im wonder when they fix it lol
