Broadband seems to throw me off around 1am in the morning

I use Sky B-road band and WiFi with an Amazon fire stick to watch the telly. I am a night owl and around 1am most mornings I get thrown off the broadband and can't watch the telly. I have to go on to network settings and fiddle around until I get it back on. Sometimes I have to put my sky WiFi password to get it going again. This can't be right can it?

Idk if the default router uses DFS channels, whenever I run DFS it triggers the radar scan at 1am for me.

@Pulansk 

 

DFS only applies to the new sky max hub.  It detects dopplar rain radars and switches the 5ghz channels to avoid interference

@Pulansk where you lose connectivity after midnight the most likely explanation is overnight maintenance work on the network.
