Broadband says connection is good but WiFi is poor and use 5g

Hi

 

We used to have great internet and could have multiple devices connected with no

Issue and movies etc would download instantly. Over the last couple of years our WiFi has become poor to the point where we use 4g/5g on our phones and everything is slow to download. The broadband test shows good connection but it's so gone so poor and it's impacting my work

Hi @Ben3009 

This could just be down to the WiFi environment around your property changing. This can be caused by a number of factors such as neighbours changing their WiFi routers.
