Broadband router not connecting

My broadband is fully connected, I can get Internet on phone and tablets but my router will not connect to my sky q box.. any help?

What is happening when you try to get your Sky Q box to connect to your broadband network ?

My sky q box is now connected however my mini box will not connect to the main box.. we've tried all the help steps but nothing has worked

@AEA19 Is the mini able to see a wireless wi-fi signal from the Sky Q Box!
