Broadband router no internet or wifi

My Sky broadband router only has the green power light on the front. No internet or WiFi. 
have tried multiple resets, still not working. 
Service status online says all is ok, but it isn't. 
Please help.

@fayeb10  How long has this been going on and when checking the service status was this done less than an hour after this started to happen?
