Broadband return

Hello,

 I hope you’re doing well.

 My name is Tharaa.

You have sent me an email that I must return your device before the 24th of August If i want to avoid being charged.

Thus, can you please make the returning date at 8/9/2024. Because i am outside the UK right now and i will get back to the Uk in the 6th of September.
If you want me to send the tickets so you can see them I will happily do it for you.

 Kind regard, Tharaa.

@Cancellation1  You're not contacting Sky customer services via the community and they won't reschedule a return date.

You'll need to arnnage someone to return the item for you if you're not able to do it within the time specified.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@Cancellation1

If you can't arrange the equipment to be returned just yet then do it when you can but it is important that when you do send it off to make sure you get and keep proof of posting as this will be needed should a refund for the charge needs to be issued to you and should this happen post back on here for help.
