Broadband repeatedly dropping even through wired connection.

My broadband has recently been dropping repeatedly, i have run multiple tests and they all come back fine but the connection is still dropping. I have called but had no answer after waiting 20 minutes and needed to attend a meeting. Can somebody point me in the right direction?
