I have received an E Mail offering BB and phone line for £31 if I renew before 17th Jan on a new contract. I currently pay £33 month on a contract expiring 9th June 2025. From 17th mid contract price rises must be stated in actual amounts instead of the ambiquous price may rise comment. If my new contract has unacceptable rises built in would I be able to revert to the original , do I have a cooling off period ?
