Broadband really slow and keeps dropping out

Hi

I have sky broadband superfast where i am meant to get a guaranteed speed of around 48 mb, however when i do a speed test i am only getting around 6mb, which keeps dropping to almost 0.

This is already a nightmare, however i am due to strat working from home and this will therefore be no use.

I have checked the connection status through mysky which says no issues ?

Anyone help ??
