My hub keeps losing connection, I have the latest hub, I have it away from the television and other equipment. There are 4 lights on the hub. Lights 2 and 4 keep going Amber, It seems to work fine for a while, Then we loose it again. The BT Box on the wall has green lights all the time so that seemd ok.. ? not sure whats going on done all the usual reset the box turn everything off at the main sockets Q Box and Hub. Any help would be appreciated. Tried the on line help on sky but just keep going round in circles.

Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.

It's working fine at the moment, but can't run the test when this happens as have no connection to the internet ?
