Broadband port from BT held up.

My port of phone line and broadband should have completed yesterday 23nd Jan. The phone line went over about lunch time. If I dial 150 from phone I get to Sky so landline has ported. Checked the landline and it can make and receive calls as my original number.

I am being told broadband port is held up by Openreach because the landline port isn't completed.

Called Sky this AM, 24th Jan. Did the landine tests while SKY talking to me on my mobile to show landline ported. Told that Sky has to wait three days before they can chase Openreach.

I went back to BT and given I am leaving them they were very helpful. Ended up talking to someone in Belfast who then I think spoke to Openreach. Told it looked a little strange that line had ported but not broadband. Told I would get a response within  4 hours. And I did get an email back from BT which quoted me Openreach's reponse.

A quick update
Hi Michael,
I have spoken to Openreach in regards to your order.
They have said they cannot progress the cease until sky give confirmation of the order.
I will paste in now the chat notes from Openreach themselves for evidence:

<My landline number> unfortunately I cannot progress this order without confirmation from gaining provider who happens to be SKY.

SKY will contact us to get this released.

Please contact Sky to get this sorted.

Thanks,
====

So, I went back to SKY on 150 but they were adamant that they couldn't follow this up with Openreach until 3 days have elapsed.
But my take on that email is that Openreach want SKY to contact Openreach to resolve the issue.

If anyone can help in progressing this with SKY it would be appreciated.
