Good morning,

I recently changed broadband package to Sky Superfadt and my package was due Togo live yesterday. Well, surprise, it didn't. Had a message saying that an Openreach engineer was doing som work on the box in my street. After that, I can not check my connection as the system won't find my router (despite having internet, slow, but active). Message comes on MySky app saying "we need to speak to you about your broadband order" but not how to contact any one or what the issue is, and getting at the end of my tethers. 😩😩 Can anybody help?

Re: Broadband package activation failed

Hi,

Landline tone is ok, as usual. It all starred since the Openreach eng visit.

@Colin81If that is okay then you can call Sky this morning by dialing 150, when asked the nature of the call say " Technical ", you may be asked for a mobile number give this if you can, but DO NOT hang up and stay on the line to speak with an advisor.
