Urgent Notice for Sky+ users: as of 29th October 2024 you will no longer be able to pair your viewing card to a Sky+/Sky+HD box that the card is not already paired to, so if your Sky box breaks you cannot replace it and you'll need to move to either Sky Q, Sky Glass or Sky Stream to access Sky content

@Dave12  As your in Dorset it's unrelated to the outage in Derby area.  It possible it's down for maintenance as Openreach do essential maintenance through the night

It's not working in Dorset. Sky says no issue but there has been no internet for last 20 minutes

Cornwall. Same issue. Box is showing green, orange, green, orange. 

Phone says connected with no Internet. I've checked all the usual bits and restarted but nothing and sky says my WiFi ans broadband are running fine.. fibs!

@Spooks  It may be maintenance which Openreach tend to do at these times or part of a wider issue.  If it's not back on BT the time Sky CS open give them a call.
