Unfortunately there is an issue in the wider Derby area.  If its not up in the morning you would need to call sky

Mine is the same - drops out several times a day but usually back within a few minutes. We once lost internet for several days but the service checker never recognised any errors! Went off about half an hour ago, reset router but still nothing. Hope it's back up and running by the time my 12 year old get out of bed otherwise life won't be worth living. I'm on the Dorset coast.

I've got one with adhd doesn't sleep n is currently in melt down mode cuz Internet isn't working n won't go sleep without tv on in for a long night
