We are also Derby based and ours is the same

Looks pretty much like Derby, Nottingham etc

If you run the service checker in my sky app using mobile data and if it shows no issues then click test my connection in the blue box to update

Also live in derby so there must be an issue but shouldn't tell us it's all good on the app that's not good service

Same here, in Derby as well been off for a good half hour. Online says nothing is wrong yet theres no Internet.

there is no internet and light is orange, I did everything what the site says to me plug it out wait 5min... but nothing is working. wifi light is green but no internet

• Our internet stopped working about midnight. We have 2 orange lights on our router but when I use MySky to try fixing problems it says there's nothing wrong and we're running perfectly! WTH?? I rely on a podcast to help me sleep due to being disabled and I'm now struggling to sleep! Please sort this out ASAP!
