No internet

Tried everything turned off the hub disconnected everything but still no internet but when I check the app it says I have internet when I don't so frustrating

Same here. I have a green flashing light... reset my hub twice with nothing! Ahh says connected with no Internet and nothing on WiFi is working.  According to sky there is no problem!

The internet randomly went off and has stayed on the orange light since how do I get ot back to green

Reset router ran the sky problems.thing saying no problems but its nut working

I wonder if it's just Derby. It was working fine than just stopped. Doesn't help we also have sky glass so canny even watch that.

I got smart tvs so n we stream so can't watch tv either

We're the same all of our TVs run on the internet. Don't normally have any issues tbf.
