@Anonymous If there is an outage you'll need to be patient, working from home isn't a priority so the outage won't be resolved any quicker.
If a connection is esential for home working then ideally the user needs to have their own backups in place as no ISP guarantees 100% uptime.
An outage can be caused by numerous factors and would be up to the bnetwork operator to inform the ISPs of what the cause was when they find the issue.
