Broadband outage in Derby 22 Jan 2025

Hi,

Broadband has been down in DE23 area for us since yesterday morning. Service check indicates that there is an outage in the area, and there have been a few Openreach vans operating in nearby streets this last week. The red light is on for LOS on the modem and I have tried unplugging/plugging it a couple of times to no avail.

There doesn't seem to be an option to get in touch via phone but I would like to know if anyone else is experiencing any problems and when Sky are likely to get this resolved. Like others, I work from home and cannot afford to be offline.

@JSS26457 where there is an outafe in the Openreach network as sounds likely Sky wont be able to give you any accurate information they are waiting on Openreach. I know its annoying but hopefully they find tge issue and mend it rapidly.
