Broadband outage - Gosport

Currently unable to connect hub with self heal checks failing despite being run and box disconnected and reconnected aswell as power reset to no change. 

Unable to see if outage in area or speak to tech support

I have mobile signal but the checks are coming back with no helpful infomation
